The man accused of crashing his vehicle into a car carrying a pregnant woman and her husband on the way to a hospital in Brooklyn has been brought back to New York from Pennsylvania to face charges.

Cops with the NYPD’s Brooklyn North Warrant’s Violent Felony Squad and the Regional Fugitive Task Force caught Acevedo in the parking lot of a minimart on Hellertown Road in Bethlehem, Pa., on Wednesday, authorities said.

He was held by the Pennsylvania State Police Wednesday into Thursday morning. After Acevedo waived extradition, NYPD detectives escorted him back to a precinct in Brooklyn Thursday afternoon.
