Concert Season Winds Down In Cedarhurst

Comedy ventriloquist and vocal illusionist Kenny Warren and Leroy Cool performed at Andrew J. Parise Park on Thursday. Kenny is a veteran professional ventriloquist with over 30 years’ experience and has been awarded Best Children’s Performer. Kenny and his sidekick Leroy Cool had the children laughing, while the talented and surreal performance of Milagro was about to begin.

Since 2005, Milagro has been rocking the tri-state area with their incredible performance and tribute to Mr. Carlos Santana. Carlos Santana is a Mexican and American musician who is responsible for over four decades’ worth of award-winning crossover hits that blend rock, blues, funk, Latin, and jazz. As a tribute to this legendary artist, Milagro performs these tribute shows to bring an incredible Santana experience from a concert level to any size venue. They have brought their performances and volunteered their support to many good causes, such as disabled benefits and cancer research organizations. All the band members are seasoned musicians and have been involved in music from a young age. Many have played in other popular bands and have had the pleasure of playing with some of the best musicians around today.

Mayor Andrew J. Parise and the board of trustees want to thank the great sponsors for making this concert something to remember. TD Bank, Minerva & D’Agostino, P.C., Stefans Florist, Cedarhurst-Meadowmere Park Republican Club, Tito’s Hair Stylists, and The Jewelry Store. Without these great sponsors, Cedarhurst would not be able to put on these unforgettable events. The community is also invited to come and enjoy the playground and water park. You will be happy you did!
