Gan Ami: For The Love Of Children

Gan Ami was founded in 2010 as a full-service preschool servicing the traditional Jewish community in the Five Towns. Two experienced preschool morahs, Fran Diamond and Penina Schrier, saw a need for a program in the Five Towns that would be fully licensed and maintain a posture of dedication and service to the families who entrust their children to them. They created a nurturing and encouraging environment with an accessible staff that fills parents with reassurance and confidence that their children are in the hands of talented and energetic teachers and support staff. Fran and Penina also realized the need to be accommodating to the families of their students by offering early and late extended hours as needed.

Four years later, Gan Ami is proud to boast a clean, safe, roomy facility; a staff that functions as a family; a fully licensed program with an enrollment of over 50 students; and best of all, a significant number of returning families…all of this while maintaining the most reasonable tuition structure of any licensed preschool in the area.

Next year (September 2015), Fran will be bringing all this talent and professionalism to a new program for four-year-olds. The class will have a maximum of nine children so as to maximize individual care and learning. For more information about any part of the Gan Ami program or the new four-year-old program, contact Fran directly at 516-426-6925.

How does Gan Ami do it? They are professionals, they are experienced, and, most of all, they love what they do.
