Hungarian Soccer Fans Disrupt Israeli Anthem With Anti-Semitic Slurs (Video)

Did we expect anything different?

On Aug. 15, the Israeli soccer team traveled to Budapest, playing the Hungarians. During the “Friendly Match” the anthems of both countries were played, Hungarian fans  yelled insulting comments, turned their backs on the field during the singing of “Hatikvah,” the Israeli national anthem, and waved Iranian and Palestinian flags.

There were also chants of “Palestine, Palestine,” “stinking Jews,” “Buchenwald” and “Heil Benito Mussolini”, and booing throughout the entire game.

Hungarian authorities have not apologized for this despicable display of anti-Semitism and hate.
