Israeli Court upholds Eviction of 8 Palestinian Villages

The Israeli Court  upheld a order to demolish eight unauthorized Palestinian villages in the Chevron Hills, but the  villagers could remain in their homes until November, the court ruled.

originally, there were 12 villages in question, but last month the Defense Ministry said it would allow four of the villages to stay, since they are not as close to the firing zone.

The court also allowed the villagers to file a new petition. The ACRI said that it will take full advantage of the court and plans to file the petition over the next two weeks.
