After a community-based petition garnered almost 300 signatures, Assemblyman Todd Kaminsky has penned a letter to the Long Island Rail Road asking it to study the feasibility of constructing an overpass at the Woodmere station.

“I visited the Woodmere train station during rush hour and witnessed for myself that a proposal to ease the congestion at a dangerous intersection needs to be studied,” Kaminsky said.
