(Rockville Centre, New York) – Senator Todd Kaminsky released the following statement regarding Amtrak’s announcement that Former Delta CEO Richard Anderson will replace current CEO Wick Moorman at the end of 2017.

“I sincerely hope that the new CEO will devote the attention to Penn Station that it justly deserves and has been sorely lacking. If Amtrak is to justify running Penn Station with only 8% of the ridership then it needs to do a far better job then it currently has up until now. Trying to cram years of infrastructure repairs into a few months is simply unacceptable,” said Senator Todd Kaminsky.
