LY Library Pre-Chanukah Celebration, December 7

The Levi Yitzchak Library in Cedarhurst has scheduled its fourth-anniversary pre-Chanukah celebration for Sunday, December 7. This event featuring crafts, raffles, fun, and much more!

The planned schedule includes:

11:00 a.m. Juggler Keith: Balloon-twisting followed by an amazing comedy, juggling, and light show

1:00 p.m. Fireman Jason: Chanukah’s just around the corner. Join an interactive and informative story-time about fire safety.

3:00 p.m. David Adler: Meet the author of many favorite children’s books! David will describe what’s involved in creating a bestseller.

Books available for purchase for $15.

4:00 p.m. Video presentation featuring Maccabees: A Live Chanukah Adventure

Community support provides a vital source of revenue, offsetting costs for the many exceptional programs and collections that make the LYL a unique place. In addition, your donation also provides membership for families who would not otherwise have access to Jewish books and programs.

The Levi Yitzchak Library is located at 564 Central Avenue in Cedarhurst. Library hours: Sundays, 11:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Mondays, closed to the public but open for class trips and group visits; Tuesdays, 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.; Wednesdays, 11:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; and Thursdays, 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
