The topics are both timeless and contemporary, and the speakers represent a multitude of communities and shuls throughout the Five Towns and Far Rockaway. Congregation Shaaray Tefilah is launching its annual Tea and Torah Lecture Series for women. Shiurim will be presented at 5:45 p.m. every Shabbos through August 27, at Shaaray Tefilah on 25 Central Avenue in Lawrence.

“We are looking forward to a meaningful program that will draw community women of all ages to learn and gain insight into issues that are on their minds,” said Rabbi Uri Orlian, rav of Congregation Shaaray Tefilah. “We are thrilled by the participation of rabbis, educators, and leaders and invite everyone to attend.”

The program schedule follows:
