The Satmar headquarters in New York, under the leadership of Rabbi Zalmen leib Teitelbaum, has agreed to pay $100 in cash to anyone that will not participate in the upcoming Israeli elections.

The Rabbi is due to arrive to Israel the week before the Jan. 22 election and at that time the volunteers will receive the funds, once they show proper identification and credentials.
