Shomrim And NYPD Arrest 13th Ave. Bank Robber (Photos)

A bank robber walked into the Dime Savings Bank 13th Ave branch shortly after the branch opened, waited on line and slipped a threatening note to the teller demanding cash.

The teller gave him $2,000 cash and he fled.

This morning he tried his luck again and made off with close to $10,000 cash.

However, he was spotted down the block by a local delivery man and was apprehended shortly after that.
