Shulamith Mother–Daughter Melaveh Malka

On Motzaei Shabbos, Shulamith School for Girls celebrated their fifth annual mother-daughter melaveh malkah. The theme of the evening was “Eizehu ashir ha’samei’ach bechelko.” As you entered the room the tables were decorated with a bouquet of smiley-face balloons. Each girl enjoyed a fun arts-and-crafts project with her mother.

The ruach of the evening was provided by “Shimi” of Shimi2Jewba. The girls danced the night away with an array of hats, glasses, necklaces, and prizes. A sumptuous dairy buffet was catered by Joel of Gotta Getta Bagel with a delicious ice cream sundae bar for dessert.

The atmosphere of the room was full of simcha as all of the girls from nursery till fourth grade were full of smiles as they each enjoyed an evening with their mother. v
