INBAL HOTEL – FIRST JERUSALEM HOTEL TO FEATURE EXPERIENTIAL DINING POP-UP RESTAURANT CONCEPT
JERUSALEM – The Inbal Jerusalem Hotel, an award-winning, deluxe hotel situated in the heart of the city, is the first property in Jerusalem to introduce pop-up restaurants. The summer luxury pop-up concept – the Inbal Grill Restaurant – offers a new fresh ingredient focused menu and revitalized ambiance. Each Thursday the Grill opens for an exclusive group of diners looking for an experiential way to kick off their weekend right. The next pop-up concept diners can expect from the Inbal is its Soup Festival, slated to open in early fall and remain on property through the end of winter. After a successful 2015 season, the Soup Festival will return in a bigger and better way for guests and locals to enjoy. The pop-up restaurant for the spring will be announced in the coming months.
“Our high quality food and fresh concept menus is a main reason guests frequent our dining options,” said Inbal Jerusalem Hotel General Manager Rony Timsit. “These pop-up concepts appeal to “experiential diners,” who enjoy Chef Nir Elkayam’s innovative creations, filled with flavor profiles from many different Mediterranean cultures and appeals to various different palates.”
The new Inbal Grill Restaurant menu has set the bar high for the Jerusalem dining scene, with new flavour profiles such as Asian eggplant salads, oven-baked beetroot salad with Moroccan spices and green tahini. Diners can also select from fresh salads, including a chickpea salad with green salsa or spicy tomato salad. Fresh protein options have been popular among guests, and include spring chicken, wings, entrecote and more. Rounding out the menu, guests can select from four side dishes, some of which include spicy salsa and roasted vegetables, or two desserts – cold watermelon and coffee/tea.
