Transition Planning Seminar At Kulanu, February 27

The Keren Eliana Parent Advocacy & Resource Center (P.A.R.C.) at Kulanu will hold a seminar for parents of students with special needs, especially ages 14–21. An informative seminar on a critical topic: “Transition Planning: It’s Never Too Early—And It Should Never Be Too Late!” will take place at Kulanu Center for Special Services, 620 Central Avenue in Cedarhurst.

Esther Weinstein, M.S., coordinator of vocational services, Kulanu Center for Special Services, and Amy Eisenberg, M.S., director of P.A.R.C.), will address the change from school-based/entitlement systems to eligibility-based systems, providing details to parents who need to make informed decisions.
