As part of Yeshiva Har Torah’s 25th anniversary celebration, alumni have been returning to share their professions with the current students. On Tuesday, February 25, Dr. Avi Lermer (’98) came to speak to the Yeshiva Har Torah preschool about how to maintain healthy teeth. Since February was National Dental Health Awareness Month, Dr. Lermer taught the children how to take care of their teeth by visiting a dentist and brushing regularly. He brought a model of teeth and read a rhyming book about visiting the dentist. Each class learned how to make good choices about what to eat. Thank-you to Dr. Lermer for taking the time out of his schedule to visit. Dr. Lermer practices family dentistry in Woodmere. v
