Vote Forman-Mansdorf On May 19

Once again, it’s time to vote for trustees of the Lawrence Union Free School District #15 School Board. Of course, we know that all these local and mostly nondescript elections are important on some level but this one is just about as important as they come.

Murray Forman, the Incumbent Board of Education Trustee, has accomplished what residents want in the area they live in, which is to keep taxes low and make sure the quality of education is on a high level and growing stronger each year.

This year, Forman has two challengers who are determined to knock him off the board. It’s a sign of the times of today’s political landscape, which is to try to defeat the elected official who is doing the best job.

Murray, along with past president, Dr. Asher Mansdorf, are the duo most often challenged and that is obviously because they have personally sacrificed so much to make our school district great again.

The election is May 19th and we will have more on the issues at stake in next week’s edition. In the meantime, mark your calendar and make sure to vote Forman-Mansdorf for School Board.
