12-year-old Eitan Bernath of Teaneck, a seventh grader at Yavneh Academy, appeared on the Food Network’s popular show “Chopped” last month.
Eitan who has been cooking since he was 6 years old, is one of the youngest chefs to compete in the Chopped Kitchens.
Eitan will have a cooking demonstration of some of his favorite dishes this Sunday Chol Hamoed, Oct. 12 at 2pm at Emporio located at 1505 Coney Island Ave.
He will also discuss his experience being on the show and the challenges of being frum and competing on chopped.
