Yad L’achim’s “Tu B’Av Together” To Feature Livestreamed Events & Global Day Of Tefillah For Shidduchim

More than 500,000 Jews around the world are expected to unite in tefillah for each other, this Tuesday, July 28 and Wednesday, July 29

Yad L’Achim, the organization acclaimed for rescuing Jewish women and children trapped in Arab villages, is proud to announce this year’s Tu B’Av Together event. This annual initiative, established as a zechusfor all singles in Klal Yisrael—including the women Yad L’Achim rescued—to find their shidduch, brings together the power of tefillah and the clarity of chizuk.
A Global Day of Tefillah and Tehillim
For years, talmidei chachamim associated with Yad L’Achim have davened in Amuka on Tu B’Av for anyone who submits a name—completely free. Thousands of participants have reported finding their shidduchsoon after!
Following the guidance of Rav Chaim Kanievsky, zt’l, this initiative was expanded to make Tu B’Av an international day of tefillah for shidduchim. Rav Kanievsky added his heartfelt berachah for the program: “All who participate in Tu B’Av Together will merit finding their shidduch.”
This year, over half a million Jews worldwide are expected to unite to recite eight specific chapters of Tehillim together on Tu B’Av (a free download of the ArtScroll interlinear Tehillim with these chapters is available at TuBav.org.):

To raise awareness and foster global unity, Yad L’Achim has arranged two major events, livestreamed completely free of charge on TuBAv.org.
Tu B’Av Eve – Tuesday, July 28
• 6:00 p.m. EDT: Chizuk & Education Event. The evening opens with an exclusive interview on dating & marriage featuring Rav Shalom Landau, hosted by Nesanel Gantz. Rav Landau will address questions every single person wants to ask: how to date with clarity and confidence, how to stay strong, and how to maintain emunah and simchah throughout the journey.
The broadcast will also offer fascinating insights and encouragement from world-renowned experts: Dr. David Lieberman, R’ Dov Ber Cohen, and R’ Meir Sperling.
• 8:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.: Women’s Live Event. An uplifting women’s program, hosted by Tzipora Grodko, featuring inspiration from: Charlene Aminoff, Rebbetzin Aviva Feiner, Rebbetzin Slovie Jungreis-Wolff, R’ Reuven Epstein, and Rachel—a woman rescued by Yad L’Achim; Rachel’s firsthand account brings the evening’s mission full circle, showcasing the bond between the tefillos of Klal Yisrael and the lives they transform.

• 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 pm. EDT: The Global Tefillah Event – Tehillim & Inspiration for Shidduchim.
