Keeping Track of Trump

By: Larry Gordon

Israel’s critics are having a blast, so to speak, blaming the Jewish state for dragging Donald Trump into war with Iran.

Tom Friedman of The New York Times and Senator Bernie Sanders are Jews who apparently wish they could shed themselves of the extreme discomfort about being Jews.

Friedman said last week that he would hate for either Bibi Netanyahu or President Trump to score a victory against Iran and be strengthened by that. In other words, they are clearly stating their support for an Iranian victory and a loss for the West.

If it means a nuclear weapon exploding over New York, even if Bibi or Trump could prevent that type of attack, neither could state unequivocally what kind of outcome they would prefer. In their interviews, they were plainly leaning in the direction of neither Trump nor Bibi being able to score a victory. Friedman said last week that the U.S. president and the prime minister are very bad people.

Actually, it’s Friedman and Sanders who are both deeply troubled men.

We are living at such an odd time that political activists and journalists would rather see the enemy win if it means their political adversaries go down with the country.

These days, as Donald Trump describes these people, they are clearly low-IQ. Especially when Senator Chuck Schumer has the gumption to say that the Iranian war is a failure, while in truth, Trump has the Iranians dead broke after geniuses like Obama and Biden, along with Schumer, turned all the Mullahs and Ayatollahs into billionaires courtesy of the American taxpayers.

Right now, as I write these words, the Iranians are desperate for a deal with the U.S. Most of the leaders want a few million dollars and the chance to live in Russia or North Korea, where no one will bother them and they will be able to live in the grand style that was their goal all along.

American Democrats, like their Iranian counterparts, are a walking, talking disaster. There’s Jamie Raskin of Maryland, another Jewish congressman who wishes he was baptized in a church instead of being constantly tied to his Jewish heritage.

And in case you missed it, there’s former Congressman Eric Swalwell.
