Meet Jaimy Blanco
As a result of redistricting in Texas, a potential House seat has opened up in Texas’ 9th Congressional District, and high-tech executive Jaimy Blanco is making a run for it. She was in South Florida last week to raise funds for her primary campaign coming up in a few weeks.
Jaimy, 43, is a convert to Judaism and when we converse with her, she speaks a great deal about what Hashem has done for her and what Hashem’s plans are for her in the future. She has studied Torah in Israel and says she has always suspected that her mother, who is from Spain, was from a Marrano family, who hid their Jewishness back in the fifteenth century.
Her campaign is being run by our good friend, Adam Shaneson, and it was good to see him and Jaimy in Miami at the home of Francis X. Suarez, the former mayor of Miami, which is a long story of its own.
Blanco is an exuberant supporter of President Trump and his agenda and hopes to be able to support him from Congress. She has a great vision and high hopes for the U.S. and its citizenry. Go Jaimy!
